My sister (in law) Tinkerbelle is engaged. She and Engineer have been together a lil over 2 and 1/2 years and they are planning their wedding for May 31st 2003. They got engaged on our wedding anniversary in Paris. I wonder how we are going to get home in May for their wedding. At least no other siblings are even CLOSE to getting married. DrummerBoy and DancerBoy, I’m pretty sure, are both single/dating. PainterBoy is only 17 but DOES have a serious GF. She’s so cute :-) We’ve got lots of cousins wedding soon too, but we most likely aren’t going to make them. We can’t do it all.

I am learning to just let things go. I am becoming more detached. This is not to say that I am learning to not care, because that is not the case. I am just learning to pick the things that mean the most and let others...just go. A great number of things have happened to me over the past week, things I am not ABOUT to mention here, but lets just say, they are life altering. I am becoming a new Luka and it’s all for the good. I am learning to forgive, even if I cannot forget. However there are moments that I feel like Hera, and feel like ripping to pieces the object of my anger. In the past I have not been able to forgive wrongs, even perceived ones. Not only can I do that now, but I can see past the perception and see what really happened. On a good day

darn darn darn. we didn’t win the lottery last night. I had so many great plans for the 32 million ;-) He he. We are moving this coming Saturday so packing is the order of time. Its crazy. Nothing got done while I was out of town and nothing has gotten done since I got home. I am confident that we will get everything done before it’s time to move on Saturday. I haven’t turned in my pictures from camp yet to be developed because I know I wont have time to scan them or anything till I move. I am just going to wait to turn them in so I can do with them what I want to when I get them. Have to call Verizon, Teco and Time Warner this week to make sure that they know we are moving. Its craziness

My boss is in the hospital, my apt was flooded and I’m moving to a new apt in like 10 days. Good lord! Smufing McSmurfy

PainterBoy goes home today :( and :-) I very much enjoy my youngest brother. Which means 24 hour from now I will be leaving as well, so that makes me happy. But it makes me sad that he is going home today. He’s grown into such a cool person. I mean...I remember when we didn’t have PainterBoy, and I remember when he wasn’t so cool. But he is really cool now, and I will miss him. Do I sound like a total dork?

I am all about being creative today! :-) I made a new layout for my group blog...I didn’t just put one up, I actually made this one! :-) It really wasn’t that hard. Not hard at all. I like the way my site looks now, so I prolly won’t be changing right away, but makes me happy that I know how to do some cool stuff now! :-)

I’ve got so much to do. PainterBoy is still here. Going to M on the 14th. Have to do paperwork before I go, so that when I get home I have a check waiting for me. Must pack to go to M and to move at the end of Aug to our new apt.

Check it out. My fave liquor has been on sale at our Liquor Depot for 9.99 a bottle. It’s normally 21.99. I now have more Das Komet that I know that to do with. It’s SO yummy though! :-) Mix it with cranberry juice and you get a strawberry cheesecake...mix it with half & half and grenadine and you get a pink panty pull down. Yummyness!
