she’s gonna burn my ass

those scenes in movies and on tv that are on airplanes arre SO fake.  you can’t even hear yourself snore on a moving plane - let alone do complicated dialouge and shite.

When i make a fool out of myself by saying something stoopid - at least there isn’t thousands - nay millinons - of people making fun of me for months afterwards.  at most its like 20.  I am just lucky like that, ya know.

I am still sore from my ride the other night.  had been so long since i’d done it. i used muscles i didn’t even know i had.  ::cheesy::

making waffles with eggnog is a super plan.  especially on christmas morning.

why is it that you never see people wrapping presents on tv?  sometmes you see people opening presents - but never wrapping them.  And even when they ARE opening presents it’s the kind that has the top wrapped and the bottom wrapped and you can just take the top off.  that kind of wrapping sucks - don’t give me a present wrapped like that - those suck.

lets just say that my family isn’t slick.  they can’t keep secrets for nothing.  Both my mother and my aunt gave it away - and I am beyond excited! ::grin::

I can’t wait for that - I havent seen any of those folks since the summer of 2002, which is also the last time i was AT camp.  and, yes, i am still using the last words I heard before posting, for the title.

Cassandra

i dreamed last night that i just found out i was pregnant.  i had to figure out what pain killers i could take and what to drink since I couldn’t have caffeine.  i know that dreaming on a birth is a good thing. “You are sure to have good news soon after a dream of the birth of, or giving birth to, a child. If the birth involved animals, it signifies defeat for anyone working against your interests. Multiple births indicate an increase in material wealth.” swoon.com But apparently being pregnant isn’t a sign of anything special. “Of course if the dreamer happens to be pregnant, there is no significance.” It’s prolly just my biological clock ticking at me. Even if I were pregnant right now; little ellebaby wouldn’t be born until I was 26.  My mom was 24 (and a 1/2) when I was born, and The Mr Q&0153;’s mom was also 24. His dad was 27 when he was born, and my dad was 29.  We’re on par for the papa age, but were 2 years late on the mama age.  But there is an order to things, and Keziah and Mike are to be parents first.  They’ve said they’ll start trying next year and once the little Morgan is here then The Mr Q&0153; and i can start working on the little ellebaby.  ::cheesy::  Course I wouldn’t hate it if I did get pregnant now, except for the fact that my mothers live 1200 miles away; and my fathers, and my brothers, and my sister, and my cousins, and my best friend.  I want to share my baby’s life with those people from the minute i know about her/him - so living this far away is no good.  Plus - we wouldn’t have any built i n baby sitters - and i hear those are important.  ::smiley::

starting the countdown

24 hours from now I will be tooling around in Kansas City with my mama and my papa.  I prolly won’t see my brothers until Wednesday, but I am not sure. I am so excited. We don’t have too much left to do around here - just finish up the laundry/pack and finish up the cleaning. We are doing super on time. I may actually get a decent amount of rest tonight too.  I will have access in KC - both sets of parents have computers and net access.  I’ve made sure that if you are only daily blog roll I added you to my blog lines list so i can read easier.  His parents have dial up, and my parents have a super small monitor - so it will be easier via blog lines.  I am so excited to be going home.  I get to see TheBestFriend&0153; and Steve too - it will be great! ::cheesy::

it’s no jars of clay

I am a big fan of music - have always been a big fan of music - and generally i like all kinds of music.  what i HATE is when I am forced to listen to something OTHER than what I was already listening to because someone else is doing something stupid - like playing their music really loud right next to my car - OR- playing music as loud as a concert right outside my door. That is happening right now. I was happily listening to my launch cast station then someone decided they wanted to play Spirit FM at full blast outside. I believe it’s the neighbors to the south, not the Christian music ones, but the apartment grounds manager. I guess they feel that since they are outside working on their car they can play music really loud from their door so they aren’t bored.  It’s a good thing I am not trying to watch TV, because I wouldn’t be able to hear it over the music. Damn. I’ve realized that’s it’s contemporary Christian music.  I don’t care what YOU listen to, and if I were a guest in your home I would listen to this music and not complain, but when you decide to pump YOUR music into MY home I am gonna bitch. And I am gonna bitch a LOT if its music I think sucks - and this station BLOWS!  “Radio...for the Soul.” I am already hellbound, think if I run out there and smash their radio with a baseball bat my window seat would be taken away? Oh. I think they heard thinking all those evil thoughts. The volume just went way down.  Yippee!! ::laugh::
