this is my 200th post here at Simply Girly since Nov 10th 2003.  I made my 100th post on Dec 17th 2003.  I’m not so good with the counting, but I’m pretty sure that 100 posts in that time frame is more than one a day.  I should do that math i think.  or maybe you could do that for me? Pretty please; with sugar on top? ::grin::

I thought I would take this time to give you guys some of the links to the various tips/tricks and hacks I use here at Simply Girly

• the blog restrictor - gives you the ability to password certain entires.
• lazyman smilies - embedded.  this is the one i used to get my smilies in my comment.
• show/hide pull down menus. pretty simple to use and install.
• my blacklist text file - feel free to copy it. never hurts to add addresses
• MT blacklist - this is the the best little plugin ever.  If you’ve got issues with spam - you need blacklist.
• Rammer‘s better pop up template.  (the template that’s used when you upload an image) I’ve been using this for 2 months now. 
• how i included the last image posted from my photoblog on my side bar.  It works for my anyway

Maybe that stuff will help you. I need to write some more little things though for stuff I’ve done. My “ruthie” div in the css for indicating my own comments - that’s definitely one I need to add. But, of the ones I do have, I hope that maybe I can pass my...not wisdom perse....but maybe bloggin mojo. Yes. May a little bit o’ my bloggin mojo be passed onto you via this 200th entry ::grin::

it’s only 10am and Ive already arranged for our (old) car to be towed away and cleaned out said car.  i guess technically i should go take a shower now, cause i know that guy won’t come during that time frame. but then i would be awake awake and nappin out the couch would be out.  but frankly, id rather press my ear to the wall a little more and try to figure out what the neighbors are fighting about.  the wifey got into the truck and drove away in a huff about 20 minutes ago - only to come back about 10 minutes ago.  it has something to do with her not understanding “work” or something.  damn.  i think they knew i was listening. they stopped fighting.  oh. dammit. i am SO not gonna get into heaven with this train of thought.  oh on another note - we just got a notice on our door about an apartment inspection next week.  it says to make arrangements for our pets so they don’t get out. but they don’t tell us what day they will be coming in.  so I’m just supposed to lock Kayce up every day next week?  what?  dood.  not even.  what do they need to inspect anyway? if i had any problems I’d let them know. nothing to see here folks.  move along.

I love dark chocolate.  i love it more than milk chocolate. i got some ghiradelli chocolates tonight.  they were filled.  the milk chocolate ones were filled with caramel or chocolate.  the dark c chocolate ones were filled with mint.  oh boy howdy they were something yummy - that’s for sure! what’s your favorite kind of chocolate?

i don’t have the patience you would think a person would have that does my job. i SO fake it. i make fun of my clients in my head so that I don’t throttle them.  take this conversation for example :

I enjoy me a good sucker.  I got some jolly ranch suckers today at the Winn Dixie.  These things are the yummiest suckers ever. Ever had one?  they are my favorite sucker.  What’s your favorite kind of sucker?

I missed a long distance call on my cell today.  it was from the 312 area code - which is in the Illinois: Chicago area.  I don’t know anyone, specifically, from that area. They didn’t leave a voice mail.  This phone # was once in my boss’ daughters name.  Actually it still is in her name, but the phoned # USED to be S’s.  If you got this call would you call the # back? Or would just just let it go cause you figure if they wanted to call back they would; or have left a message they would have.  should I call it back?

my goal today is to come up with 15 good questions.  5 for Angry Pete, 5 for Heidi and 5 for Mel. I guess technically I could ask them all the same 5 questions - but then that’s kinda of boring.  I dunno.  Maybe I will just ask the same 5. But I doubt it. They are all such different people that they each deserve their own questions. so yes.  My goal today is to come up with 15 good questions. 5 for Angry Pete, 5 for Heidi and 5 for Mel.
