I have a whole new crop of music at my radio.blog today! :) I plan on putting up a new layout (that I’ve yet to make) in honor of World Aids Day which is tomorrow Dec 1st using Freddy Mercury. (Freddy Mercury died of AIDS in 1991.) He, as you very well may already know, was the lead singer of Queen so all the music in my new radio.blog playlist is Queen music.  Enjoy!

You know what’s worse than getting spam on your own blog?!

Getting over 400 notification emails for comments that are spam on someone ELSE’s blog - cause when you commented you subscribed so you get all notifications.

Fucking A!

If you’ve got that system going on your site 0 fucking cut it out. Make it so I have to opt in. not opt out. Goddamn!

It totally fucks with my day to have to go get a m/w/f client because he had an accident. I didn’t sed any reason he couldnt ride in his reg van. There was no visible poo or any poo smell. There were a lot of buggers in the nose hair though. Nasty.

Every time I hear anything from U2’s The Joshua Tree I think of eating Mr Goodcents subs on a date with this dude named David.  He wanted to shag me, I never did.

I started calling Blog Explosion BLEX instead of BE because if I added BE to my acronym file it would change and the be’s to that as well. I’ve already got that issue with I’m (without the ‘ ) and IM.

I am so very healthy. All I have had to eat today is some coke, some gouda (it was GOOD AH!) and some ritz crackers.  Oh yeah. Two meals consisting of only cheese, crackers and cola. 

I purchased holiday lights today at Targét. They are candy cane lights.  Soo cute. I think that I will be hanging them around the tv, but I am actually unsure yet. Maybe I will go for around the door frame.  The one without the door - not the one WITH a door. Cause putting them there just guarantees some of them will get slammed in the door.

I need to find a good AIDS ribbon graphic, or related image for Wednesday. It’s World AIDS day. Last y ear I put up a new layout with an image of the real Gia Carangi.  She died in 1986 and was 26. She died of complications from AIDS & one of the first women in America whose death was attributed to the disease.  I wonder who I could use this year.  Maybe Freddy Mercury.  Ohh. Yeah.  I may even already have an image for that. It’s a bit esoteric though. I might have to explain a bit with that skin.  I’m sure if you come back, which I hope you do, you’ll see the skin soon enough.

I’ve been using Yahoo a lot lately. Not because I regularly talk to anyone - but because It’d got Launch cast built in.  I love to listen to music when BLEX ing. You can only listen to the sounds of video games for so long, ya know.

Incidently. Are there any Baldwin sisters? Not, of course, the ones currently or formerly married to any said Baldwin brother?

After a night of fitful sleeping and weird ass dreams, that I did not like, oh no I did not like - I awoke around 9:30 to a knock on the door. Generally when there is a knock on the door, and I don’t know that it’s the food delivery boy, or some friend to coming to hang out, I get a little freaked out.  Even when I am sitting in the living room watching the tele and there is a knock at the door. But today - Today I was nearly asleep and in my jammies and there was a knock at the door.  I woke straight up and threw on my robe (that I’ve had for over 8 years now, methinks it MAY be time for a new one.) I ran downstairs and the knocking had stopped. I looked out through the peephole and saw no one. I opened the door - to see if t here was anything stuck ON the door. That’s when I noticed the big brown box propped up against the door.  I picked it up. I looked for the appropriate name on the box as I was afraid it had gone to the wrong door. But low and behold it was for us.  I couldn’t resist opening it right away.  I thank my lucky stars. It’s a big ole BOX OF CHEESE!! My hubbies mama, the best mother in law a girl could ask for, sent us a big ole box of hickory farms cheese.  There’s some sausage in there too, but what do I care about that. There’s Chavarti, Gouda, Party Havarti, something called a Smokey bar, something else called Chedd’R, cheddar horn cheese, chedam, apple pie cheddar cheese and edam cheese. There are three rolls of meat and two things of mustard.  All we need now are some yummy crackers and we’ll be ALL Set!  Oh Oh Oh! :) I nearly have to hide the box from myself - or else I will open up all the yummy cheeses and eat them all.  They loook sooo good. But I must wait. I must at least wait until the hubby is up to share in the yummy box o’cheesy goodness. (There are so many naughty ways to go with that, but I’ll refrain.)

The other day Dave posted about this nifty welcome message thing he installed. The message is based on where the surfer is coming from. Today I got it working on my site.  I have messages for BLEX* surfers as well as Google surfers.  It’s really quite easy.  Josh wrote up a post about it at his site too. (Since he wrote the whole thing to begin with.) I was surprised how easy it was to get going.  :) Below is a screen capped image of the Google message. I don’t have an image of the BLEX one.  Not yet, anyway. :)

The BLEX message will look a little different form this now. I’ll be removing the request for the screen cap since the lovely and talented Mel sent this to me :)
