I’m liking the Colbert Report on comedy central. It comes on after the Daily Show - we loves Jon Stewart.

Ack!  No LOST! for three weeks!  Damnit! I have to wait THREE weeks to see who’s gonna die. Are you kidding me!?! Who do You think it’s gonna be? I bet it’s either a “tail-a-way”, a red shirt if you will; OR it’s gonna be Charlie. (Did you know DomMonoagh is dating Evangaline Lilli (Kate)? I read that someplace.) I don’t want it to be Charlie; or Sawyer; or Jin . I could live though Ana Lucia though. Jack; yeah. I could loose him too. I need Locke, and Shannon and Claire. I cannot live withoutSayeed and Hurley. Kate is ok; she could go and I don’t think i’d mind too much. I do hope Ana Lucia bites it. I am not looking forward to the Ana/Sawyer/Kate/Jack square that you KNOW is gonna happen. (Oh, and I am spoiler free, and plan to remain that way. This is all just my spec.) I hate waiting. I think I am going to add a countdown to my side bar. That might be a little..uhm...fanatic though maybe.  We’ll see.

Line of the night : “Clark - there are no such thing as vampires.” Out of the mouth of James Marsters; Aka SPIKE. THEN hubby told me that the BEST part of next weeks show AFTER I watched what i called the preview of suckyness.  The lead Vampire in this stupid totally fluff, totally stupid plot with Lana at it’s core episode; her name is BUFFY.  Gah.  Maybe i’ll go the radio station next Thur night instead. The marathon would be WAY more fun! :)

So, I still want to talk about LOST! more after the jump, cause i dont want to spoil you if you havent seen it already. yes, dizzy, i mean you :) (I am staying away from spoilers myself this season.

I’ve been searching for a new image to in a Halloween skin. I haven’t quite found one yet. But. I DID find this cute Vector Illustration on I Stock I saw it and just KNEW I had to use it. It’s cheeky and retro. It took some time to get the right look; and to make that crazy background, but in the end I think it turned out pretty snazzy.  I hope you like. You can select it from the drop down menu on the Left.  (It’s the new default so you may already be looking at it.) I did a little arranging of the sidebar with this skin too. I’d been wanting to do that for a while now.  I haven’t gone in and edited all the old skins to match, and I am not sure that I will. Only time will tell.  I hope you like it; and look forward to hearing what you think. *hint hint*

A while back I got a Gold Membership at classmates.com, right. I did this so that I could email my classmates and see who was interested in having a reunion. I got some response, and I got about 10 or 15 people interested in having one AND about 6 or 8 people interested in planning it.  One of those people was our class president, let’s call him Xander, he’ll be important to this story later. I emailed everyone, and when someone suggested that using work email wasn’t a good idea, I even went so far as to buy a domain name, and install a forum so that we could all keep track of things from there.  I was really excited. I wanted to have a 10 year reunion, and was really excited to plan it. I sort of felt like, if I didn’t plan it, no one would.  After all that, Xander sends everyone an email along the lines of “Well, since no one has taken a leadership roll, I guess I will step in and take it.  Let’s meet in person.” I was stunned. I didn’t get it. How was what I was doing NOT a leadership roll? I’d already shelled out money for the membership and for the hosting and the domain, and spent the time getting the email addresses AND emailing people. I was very upset. Months went by and there was no meeting. I emailed Xander, and the other guy, Alan, and NEVER heard anything back from them. Ever.  About a month ago I got an email from them saying AGAIN that they wanted to meet in person. I’ve replied to every email they’ve sent me, but other than that I’ve heard nothing. They are meeting today back in KC, and hopefully they will get some planning done.  I really wish they would include me, but I am betting that they won’t. Even though the whole thing was my IDEA AND I was really excited about it. I wanted to go to the reunion and see everyone; I wanted to help plan it - I LOVE party planning; I wanted to be involved with it.  I’ve tried getting involved with the emails, but no one ever replies to me. It’s really bumming me out. I feel all rejected and shit.

12 cheesy pictures of me. The pictures are as old as Spring 98 and as recent as Fall 05. That age range, in case you were wondering is, is 19 to 27.  On the flickr entry itself, where you can see it all big, more description about each photo.  Putting this photo mosaic was a lot more labor intensive than the last two. But it turned out better, so it all worked out.  I want to make more of these too. Maybe some of OTHER people, right? I’ve already admitted I’m vain internets.

So I’ve had these on my confuser forever.  I was playing around on the net today, procrastinating, and I found this near Flickr toy.  The pics start at the top, and go L to R from them on in chronological order. All pics were taken in the fall of the year. I was 11 in the first pic, and 17 in the last. :)

Gmail. Everybody has it. (If you don’t and you want to, comment and I can send ya an invite.) I, myself, have 6 gmail accounts for various things. Since I am geek like that I am gonna post sizes of the various accounts. Just for fun. Won’t you list yours too?

So I am a member of BLEX*, right. And BLEX has just stated this new feature called “Rent My Blog”. I rented my blog today. I wanted to point it out, cause It’s way down in the sidebar (for now) and I wasn’t sure if everyone would see it. I am renting to Lonnie of One Man Bandwidth. I see him in the shoutbox at BLEX all the time; even though I usually miss him and forget to say hi. :( If you aren’t a member of BLEX I suggest you go and join. My traffic has gone up three fold in the last three months because of BLEX.  Plus - it’s a really fun community. We’ve got the Shoutbox and Battle of the Blogs, and the Blog Rocket and now we’ve got Rent my Blog too. Be warned though, it’s highly addictive. But it’s all free, so that makes it worth it. 

*I call it BLEX insted of BE because I wanted to use my acronym plugin with the word; if I used BE it would have acronymed every isntance of be, and that would have made us all crazy. :)
