I am feeling better; but today I have a NyQuill hangover.
Today is also my husbands 29th birthday. Whoo Hoo! :) Yesterday was our friend Kirby’s birthday. Funny thing - when he popped onto AIM I IM’d him right away with Happy Birthday! Turns out he was using his laptop to show his students how to use blackboard - this thing for class - and when I IM’d him his screen was displaying on the wall. So all of his students saw it. Too funny! We’re lucky I didn’t say something racy or naughty to him, as I am apt to do.
My wallet, in case you were wondering, has never been found. In it was over 300$ cash so I did file a police report, but I won’t see it again. The worst part of losing the wallet was losing my giftcards. I had three in there and because I had been sick I hadn’t had a chance to go and spend them yet. Oh well. It could have been worse. :) It could have happened at at time when losing 300$ would have been a really hard thing for us to absorb financially.
