Happy St Pat’s Yall! :-)

I’m looking for this task manager widget I used to have. I would set it for a certain interval of work vrs play.  That way I work for like 20 minutes, then get to play for 5. Something like that. I can’t find it. And I’m not staying on track very well! :-) lol I am trying to blog more.  I like blogging.  But like I said in today’s video - things have been passing with me in a la la la la land. :-) Now that the itches are subsiding, things are looking up. ALSO MPYR is about to celebrate it’s One Year Anniversary! How COOL is that! :-)

I went camping! :-) We left on Sunday afternoon, and came home last night (Tuesday.) I’m a tiny bit sunburned and my ankles and lower legs and mostly eaten by misquotes, but i’m otherwise allright. :-) We had a BLAST! There were 8 of us all together, 3 guys and 5 women, I did record (a lot) of the fire so I’m going to be making a video about that soon.  I totally vegged last night, and since it was released yesterday we got the new Stargate sg1 movie - the arc of truth.  We had to get it at Satan’s Five and Dime though, booo hiss!  I need find better anti itch creme, The stuff I have isn’t working, and the other other stuff I found here in the house says for animal use only on it. The only thing I don’t like about camping - is the bugs!  Stupid biting itchy bugs!

I decided, and I’m not really sure why, to make a film of my drive to the bank, to get dinner and back. Then I took that raw footage, edited it up a bit, and put it into a three part epic movie.  Still, not really sure why. But it was fun, and hopefully some if it will make you laugh.  It’s about 20 minutes if add them all together - that’s not so bad! :-)

it’s actually Fri morning, but I’m posting this like it’s Thursday morning. I totally was writing a post, then husband came home and we started watching our shows and I got totally distracted. Whoops.  I did however record TWO videos yesterday. One about The Luka Show, and one with me singing Hush Little Baby.  Most of you have already seem then, so there’s no need to fully post them. They’re linked. Ok, and now that’s it’s 18 after I should have left at 15 after and I still need to blowdry my hair, i need to hit submit, logout, close and shut down. In that order ;-)

It’s now 11:08 pm.  They said Monday....or Tuesday. It’s nearly Wednesday and I do not know if I got the job or not. I don’t know if they just aren’t calling, or if they’re behind again. I am going to email in the morning. Aiiii!

We’re supposed to go camping this weekend. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. I’m looking forward to it, but don’t even know how much of it I’m going to be able to attend. Since I don’t know if I’m starting a new iob, or staying where I’m at, I haven’t even hinted at needing time off, or leaving or anything. I guess I shouldn’t talk about here either, huh? lol

I’ve got like 28 minutes of raw footages from the wedding I went to on the 29th that I need to edit into a video. Course I can’t post it on YouTube because nearly all of it has some sort of Beatles music in the background.  It was a really beautiful and simple wedding. Really lovely, outside under a tent with good friends, food and merriment! ;-) Shortest wedding EVAH!  like 3 minutes tops! :-)

I am planning a theme for this Saturday’s show!  I’m not giving anything away yet. 

And yeah, I’ve started blogging again.  Officially. As of the 29th of February.  I’ve missed this.

So, about a month ago I started a job application process. First step was an over email test/questionnaire. Mostly grammar and logic. I aced that, but I’m a genius. lol Second step, which was like 2 weeks later, was a telephone interview. Again, I aced that - as far as I could tell.  I mean, the hiring person seemed to GET me, and I seemed to make a good impression.  Third step was an in person interview, and that was one week ago today.  First I had a typing test - something like 60 words a minute or something.  Then some mock emails from customers, to see how I would respond. On the first one he said ‘wow, you did so well on that one I don’t even have a follow up question,” so I guess I aced that one too! :-) Then we had a face to face interview. I think I did well, but I always second guess things after the fact. Should I have said this, should I have said that.  When I left the hiring person (and yes I’m being purposefully vague) said they would let me know on Monday, or Tuesday.  I am certain that I will hear either way, but I didn’t hear today. I’m trying not to let that freak me out, at least not any more than I’m ALREADY freaked out.  I want this job, and I would be great at it.  I know it’s about them and what they need, but I really NEED this job too, more over than just wanting it. I quit my full time job last July and have been working part time, at pretty much minimum wage, since August.  I won’t talk too much about this job though - what it really is - because it’s easily findable on the internets. (And that’s all I will say about it.) I just don’t know who my competition is. I know I did well on all three levels of the interviews, but maybe somebody else did better.  I just want to know, ya know.
