I took some silent video while driving in my car. It’s bad footage. Then I added some music. A song called “Life is Beautiful” by Vega4. This is testament that just because I have a camera, and I CAN make videos, doesn’t mean that I should.

Uhm.  So I totally don’t know what to do now. My boss called me today. Said that she saw what I wrote here on my blog. 

Friday was my last day, apparently.

Happy April Fools! :-) I’m still employed! :-) Yay. Go me.  In fact, I spent 10 hrs at work yesterday. But, I already got my Mar 15-31 case notes done, and turned in, so I should get a paycheck wicked quick! :-)

If I finish this post it’ll make the 5th one in a row. It’ll be a record. At least lately.

I had a fortune cookie at breakfast (yesterday). It said “Serious trouble will bypass you.” Ok. Yay?

I wish it would have stopped me from stepping in dog shit today. That was pleasant Shit is nasty. I guess I should watch where I step.

I almost said to a client today “you need to change the channel of the little voices in your head. this game show is lame.” but I didn’t. I just though it. I guess you had to be there.

I wanted to go to bed hours ago. But then I wanted to watch LOST. Then I wanted to check my email, then I wanted to write this blog post. Of course I am going to future date it so you won’t even be able to tell what time it was when I originally wrote it. I’m bad.  (Dude I think the time’s all fucked up.  I’ll have to remember to look at that.)

So, yesterday when I picked up my paycheck I saw the deduction on there I’d not seen before. It was for 75$ too. I guess the bosses decided that when I went over minutes on my WORK cell phone that I would have to pay that out of my PERSONAL pocket.  There’s a couple issues I have with that.  1) It’s illegal, and it’s the not first time they’ve done it.  2) They didn’t TELL me they were going to do it and the third and final one 3) I’ve yet to see the bill that says I went over.  Technically I am looking at it right now. I printed it out too. Gonna go though and highlight every call that was personal and every call that was business. I GUESS I’m willing to pay for extra minutes that were personal - but - glancing at it, I know why I went over. It was all my calls to a certain govt program back in the first part of Feb that did it. IT just really pisses me off.  I am underpaid as it is, I get no benefits and I work full time.  I won’t get over time if I overwork, and apparently NOW if I over call, doing my job I might add, I’m to be penalized.  Female boss of course blamed it on male boss, and male boss will just stay out of it.  Female boss also told me that male boss was supposed to include it with the paycheck, but she was the one who signed the checks and then put them in the envelope with my name on them.  She KNEW that it wasn’t in there and she KNEW that I’d ask about where my seventy five fucking dollars went.  They make more money off of me in a year than I make.  They also like to tell me I make the “big bucks.” I’d like to know what planet it is that 11.50 for a college degree and 5+ years experience is “the big bucks.” I bring in over 32$ an hour for the company, as that’s the rate we are paid for services provided.  I get 11.50 of that. Where does the rest go?  I can tell you where it doesn’t go. We don’t have an office, I do all my work out of my own home, on my own computer, and usually on my own time, unless I am out with a client.  I have a cell phone, that apparently I’m partly responsibly for paying now too. Most time when I need copies of paperwork I have to go someplace like Kinkos or something to get them copied myself. I have to pay to fax things as well - that’s usually too expensive so I just mail crap to people.  She had a brand new car though. Says it’s a “business car.” Male boss also has a new car.  They also have two houses between them. So, unless there’s some hidden business expense that I am not aware of, I work my ass off every day to pay for their fucking life. Sort of scraping a living together from whats left. That’s what I do.

Tell me again why I’m still at this job?

Also, the day after Christmas my laptop ..just...broke. We don’t know how broken, so i’m researching new laptops just in case.

Yesterday was Epiphany.  I DID notice the day was longer today too! Horray for the sun! :-)

Yay! Today is the big day. In little less than half an hour....no wait, that’s Princess Bride.  In about three hours I will be heading to the airport, to sit in “wide leather seats” and eat “fresh baked chocolate chip cookies”.  I am not terribly looking forward to the weather in KC.  It’s supposed to nice and cold, and rainy and cloudy to boot.  Best winter weather. /end sarcasm I’m really looking forward to seeing my mother, father and brothers. ALso my in laws, aunts, uncles, grandparents and the plethora of cousins that I havent seen in just about a full year.  I was last in KC on Dec 31 2005.  I still need to change the message on my cell phone, and finish packing up my crafty stuff and my personal hygiene stuff, then I’m all ready to go.  I’m using husbands laptop right now, cause I’ve already packed mine up. Stupid one carry one rule.  I just hope that my big bag doesn’t weight more than 50lbs. Cause that’s the max and I don’t wanna have to pay money. Grrr.

Oh shit.  I still need to call the credit card companies to tell them I’m going to Missouri.  Don’t want to cards to get cut off cause there are charges coming in from Missouri. 

I am totally loving this show called “The Bad Girls Club” it’s on Oxygen.  Its a bunch a skinny bitches living in in a house being tape ala Real World style. It’s fucking insane.  I was worried I’d missed an episode, cause this one is at least a week old, but when I checked by TiFaux and the one tonight, at 10est, is totally new. Sweet.  It’s totally stupid, vapid, and ugly.  Today’s episode is all about Ripsi.  First off, her name is totally perfect. She got RIPPED. I mean, she started drinking Tequila at like 9am - three shots , to “cure her hangover” and then it just got worse and worse.  She went bat shit crazy. Attacked two girls, for pretty much no reason, and then the next morning she claims that this was “the first time something like this has ever happened” but that she doesn’t remember a min of it.  That shit is funny as well. I mean, really.  The best part is that I can watch it while doing other stuff, like work, which I am doing right now. Or at least I am trying to. The only work-work I need to get done is this thingy for my boss - so she knows what to do with my clients while I am gone n stuff.  I still can’t believe that I am leaving day after tomorrow!  Aiiiii!  I still have loads of things to go that aren’t work related.  I declare it now though, I will not be going to sleep Wednesday nite.  There’s just not enough hours in the day, dammit. And on Friday I’ve got to go shopping for...lemme count...11 presents.  I’m not thrilled by that, but if I can get them all done on Friday, I will be :-) Woot Woot.  I need a drink.  Where’s Ripsi’s Tequila.
