I got my film back.  There are some great pictures in them.  I haven’t added them all yet.  Just the ones of my local friends and my immediate family. I am going to go through the rest and determine which ones outta be there.  Some of them are great, some of them aren’t.

New Orleans was so much fun.  To start this story I have to preface it with sleep wasn’t happening a lot for me for 2 days before the trip. Wednesday I got 5 hours, and Thursday I got 2 hours - so going into the trip I had 7 hours sleep in two days.  Was at the airport two hours early so that we could check in - but I didn’t need to be. I didn’t check any luggage so my only wait was at the security check point which took like 4 minutes.  I did however get to have breakfast with Kris and Lisa at the Burger King at the airport.  We waited a long to go up to the boarding area - which meant I was in the third (last) boarding group on the plane.  I ended up in the first row with a couple and their two kids - aged 2 and 4.  Who were great.  It was a nice flight - i tried to sleep but couldn’t.  My parents were late picking me up, and I should have known they would be, but I was still a little scared.  We went straight from the airport to the dinner at Antoine’s in the French Quarter.  I helped my Aunt Margot set up the seating arrangements. The lunch was AMAZING!  First off all the people that were there.  Pretty much everyone in my mothers family except for 3 cousins, an uncle, and my husband. (2 cousins and the uncle were in France at the time.) It was the first time in thirty years that all of my aunts had been in the same place at the same time. (Tons of pictures were snapped of that.)
